Hey Jordy...I'll definitely be stopping in to admire the shuttles and to learn a thing or two. I really enjoyed the video you posted in the other thread...you should repost it here. And I'll add another one of my favorite shuttle shots here...

Welcome Envy! I'll be willing to answer any questions that I can answer about the shuttle.
Here's the video.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvaG0xDdP8g |
I had a very cool experience years ago when a client of mine took me on a personal tour of the Johnson Space Center and the astronaut training facilities. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. :respekt:

I remember a game that simulated the space shuttle for the Apple ][ many many years ago that was pretty cool. Detailed in that it dealt with orbital mechanics.
Then there was a Shuttle simulator for the PC...I couldn't find any video of that, as it performed better than this Amiga version of the game. Had all the controls, and a preflight checklist that was pretty complicated. Much of the simulation had to have things done just the way the shuttle did. This video only shows the liftoff, not really anything that happens inside the ****pit. |
First i have always been a shuttle fan(NUT).
Second, is the USA and Flag backwards on the wings? Quote:
