Well I guess since my car is an early build number 5952 IOM I should see mismatched paint but I don't I see exactly what GM bullentin is showing. From different angles it looks like that but once I look from another its all matched. Thats all I'm saying.
Again I don't think they should have said anything because maybe only 5% of these cars may have had bad paint. |

I say it was a good move. GM has been throttled here for lack of a response in the past.... I think, as the manufacturer, they have to take a stand, educate the consumer and then let it ride. FWIW. |

If a camaro owner feels their paint is mismatched then they only have the option of taking back to the dealer and fighting for a fix/replacement... Bottom line. This isn't like the transmission issue where it broke or it didn't. How can you convince someone of what they aren't seeing or are seeing? It's just not possible. |

It's an optical illusion! Cool...maybe if you stare long enough an image will pop out!

However, items such as the front and rear fascias, the gas filler door and RS roof strips are painted by a supplier who is 50 miles away. They come into the plant already painted. |

What a Joke. I wish my paint would just stay on no matter what color it is. |

So it's intended to look bad "by design"........ I don't think so.
