How in the F* did i miss this:facepalm:. They are currently building a massive raceway with one of the longest race tracks in the world right here in new orleans! And its up for consideration for the 3rd C5 fest!!! Kickass!!check it out

Its planned to open June 4, 2011

You must be a member, and it's ridiculously expensive. It's a private track.

you can be a member if you want but they also have public track days

I just read that. When the built the site a year ago, it appeared as if it were going to be a members only deal.
