Broken output shafts. Repaired transmissions any better?

I have a question to all who have had transmission issues with the 6 speed manual and especially the broken output shaft issue.

Is your repaired or new transmission any better that the last one?
Have you been brave enough to try the launch control again or even consider trying to get any wheel spin?
Any repaired or replaced transmissions break again?
