I used an H9 8000K HID Kit purchased from VME HID's. Overall installation is easy. The headlamps themselves were a bit of a pain at first due to the fact that I had to remove the front bumper but once I got through that, putting it back together was a piece of cake. I wired the Halo's to the parking lights and the HID Kit was easy to install. I used a DIY HID set up that I found in these forums and it made the job a lot easier. I mounted the ballast on the side's of the car frame right under the hood. They sit perfect and are not a distraction. Everything is plug and play.

The beam is really bright from inside the car and looks better than the stock halogen bulb that it came with. The projector only requires a single beam. The H9 bulbs are only high beams and the projector makes it low and high beam. The HID Kit matches really well with the Halo's ring color.:thumbup: |
