Looks good. Glad to see a HID kit will work properly with the headlight.

I get my HID kit tomorrow, but I need to see if my experiment to get the DRL's disabled will work so I'm not putting extra wear on the ballast.

More details. What kit did you use?!!! How easy was installation?!!

Where did you mount the ballast? Was wiring plug and play?

PICS of the back of the light housing please!

Nice job! How does the beam look from inside the car? Is it high? Also did you use a single beam kit or on with hi and low?

The guy on ebay is selling them for $400 for the set. Right now hids aren't included but he has said if working on making sets with hids. I figured one of you guys would have jumped on making them first haha.

NICE! Any info on the set up? Did you have to do anything special or just change the bulbs?

I used an H9 8000K HID Kit purchased from VME HID's. Overall installation is easy. The headlamps themselves were a bit of a pain at first due to the fact that I had to remove the front bumper but once I got through that, putting it back together was a piece of cake. I wired the Halo's to the parking lights and the HID Kit was easy to install. I used a DIY HID set up that I found in these forums and it made the job a lot easier. I mounted the ballast on the side's of the car frame right under the hood. They sit perfect and are not a distraction. Everything is plug and play.

The beam is really bright from inside the car and looks better than the stock halogen bulb that it came with. The projector only requires a single beam. The H9 bulbs are only high beams and the projector makes it low and high beam. The HID Kit matches really well with the Halo's ring color.

Pretty much poke a hole in the back of the Eagle Eye Rubber protection and stick the HID Bulbs wires through and just wire it up like you would with a HID Kit hah.
