San Diego "Meet & Greets": Spring / Summer 2011
 

Do any San Diego Camaro5 peeps have any 1-day "Meet & Greet" events planned for May - July? If so, post a link to them here...or even if it is just a desire to have a morning or afternoon get together on a weekend date. I have been out-of-the-loop for the last 3 months and need some R&R bad!

ARod55 and VChula have expressed a similar itch...I'm sure we have all made some sort of mods to our Camaros over these last 3 months to show off (I've had about enough time to put a new sticker on my left window, not much, but it's something...ha!)

The Mission Valley Cafe (part of the SanDiegoHomeCooking.com family-owned chain of local restaurants) is close to opening, so that would be a great venue this month or next, pending contact from the Owner with a date!

Glad to see you back on the forums...definitely gotta do another event! Possible beach run of some sort like we discussed before!

Barona drags salute the Military 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 21 We have two weeks to make sure we can go. Then we can hit the buffet at the casino. Check their website. Looks like fun. Who wants to play?

I'm up for doing something in San Diego. Especially now that the weather is sort of getting better (except for today). It would also give me some motivation to get a few things done - on the car. Keep me posted! :headbang:

Barona thing sounds cool but I'd be down with just about anything. I have no mods yet tho :(

How does an "assault" on Laguna Beach sound? San Diego peeps would come up from the South, IECC would flank from the East, and Orange County / LA Camaro5 peeps attack from the North...many would have around an hour on the highway to open 'em up...who knows, we might even find where Muammar Gaddafi is hiding and flush him out for Seal Team 6!

Sounds like could be fun :headbang: Parking could be an issue for sure. Haven't been down there in many years now; what do they do with the parking for the Arts Festival?

I've got a busy schedule but would make it if it fits.
