What do/will you use to clean your Camaro?

What are the best cleaning products to use- cloths, soaps, waxes, etc to use when keeping your car dirt and scratch free?

Ant, do a little "searching" in this forum and you'll find answers to all of your questions. ;)

If there is something you cannot find an answer to, shoot me a PM, and I'll be happy to help.

Dont waste your time with anything else... use everything zaino!

patriotpa 07-03-2009 07:37 PM

A disc sander with a 40 grit disc...and lots of Zaino.......

Meguiar's inside and out.

btw I contribute to the detailing section by answering questions regarding car care.

OP to answer your question

You need microfiber cloths, quick detailing spray, your favorite carnauba wax (I use Meguiars). Just avoid car washes and you will be fine. If you must take your car through a car wash use a touch-free but make sure to wax after as the highly concentrated soaps strip any paint protection on your paintwork.

I use all Zaino on the Camaro..110% happy. Costly, but worth the effort and result.

Bought blonde towels, microfiber wash mitt.

100% cotton towels for soak up, no rubbing or drying.

Bleche white and brush for tires. Soft bottle brush for wheels.

Windex for glass..

Vacuum cleaner for matts and interior.

I hope that is non-amonia Windex your using on the glass, especially the glass with window tint.Tint and amonia do not go together that well.I actually use a garbage bag and windex to remove tint.
