He commented about a small house in the back? Hard to tell he was speaking a little too fast for me to comprehend but i did understand that he was talking about a small house in the back, some kind of shed maybe?

Thank you! Yes, I saw him with a group of people in the same car later pull up. He was asking if the place was for rent. I said no, it's private property. Best regards!
