I can have them done in Black Pearl for $15 each but they can not be painted, if they are plastic they must be chromed already. If they are metal it can be done over any finish.

I agree, thats UGLY !!!!
rubber around it would def. look a lot better, but i'm not sure how it would stand up to aftermarket wheels when you hit a hard bump, looks like it would bend the hell out...
