Totally agree, check your caps. Mine also had a seal that was flattened and there was a tear in the other seal, if i remember correctly. I was happy I saw it before anything leaked.

Yeah, seems that many people reuse them. Nonetheless the service manual says to replace them, they're stretch "torque-to-yield" bolts.
