What does that have to do with shaft mounts? The head of the arm broke off ... either bad material or too aggressive a cam, wrong push rod length.
Upgrading a rocker arm to a shaft mount system is not the same as going to a billet rocker arm...
I had T&Ds on my 409 Solid Roller 4th gen , yella terras with an aggressive hydro roller ...
You had some bad luck with that rocker arm... hopefully it didnt cause too much damage to your motor.
