The 6spd makes the ZLE lighter and more engaging. The Tremec TR6060 along with the ZL1 short throw shifter is among the top 5 shifters in existence.

I agree, and basically the reason I purchased a ZLE is for that sweet automatic.
Manuals will be sought after more in the future for resale than auto's. Happened with 911's and other cars.
