The 2012 Camaro RS would have the upgrade HID headlights and during the day the driving lights in the bumper were the daytime running lights.

Here is a link for the 2012 headlights. The HID are the first two, the second two are the halogen used on non RS or SS Camaro.

I have a 2010 1LT and it has the halogen headlights. The halogen headlights are the daytime running lights on the non RS/SS Camaro.
