The PBR's were only available on the 9 Bolt in 89, Previous years had an issue with the E Brake and the piston backing out. The calipers were the same between 9 and 10 Bolts. 89 is the year both went to the PBR Caliper prior to that they were delco moraines. the 9 Bolt went away after 89 and the backing plates are different between 9 and 10 Bolts so the PBR were a 1 year only backing plate for the 9 Bolt.

I bought it in '90 and sold it in '95
In hindsight I should have kept it but the lure of the 4th gen blinded me
