No. The Corvette is 5x4.75 (5x120.65). The new Camaro uses the Holden standard 5x120.

Chances are likely that you could actually get them to bolt in place, but it would put a lot of excess stress on your studs. Also, that 245/55/18 has a 28.6 inch total diameter, vs the 25.6 or 26.0 inch total diameter for the 4th gens. Thats a lot of extra tire. It'd be like swapping in really long gears (read: not good for acceleration), not to mention all the extra ride height.
