I think the torque curves are probably accurate.
1) Im fairly certain GM reviewed the listing prior to publication, especially for 2 high profile engines.
2) they closely match each other at the low end
3) its basically an LS3 block + goodies, however the LS3 is 10.7:1 compression, the LS9 and LSA are both 9.1:1 compression
at low revs the S/C isn't pushing that much air in
LS9-SAE it looks steeper because the torque side values are half the HP values
