Not sure if 18" 315 is possible. I went with 19" diameter because I also have the 3.91 gears in the rear. With my setup, I need to shift into 3rd on larger autocross courses.
Keep in mind that running 315 in any diameter will mean the front sticks out more than an inch outside the fenders. That's why the Z28 has the front fender flares.
I purchased my GA3Rs directly from Forgeline, contact David Schardt and he will be able to help you with the offsets.
A word of caution if you go with 11" wide front wheels. You will have fitment issues with the strut if you do not do it right.
