It means the train has arrived at the
Distribution Center...it is being unloaded.
It will then be given a Final Dispatch,
by carrier for delivery to the dealer.
Status can change from 4800 to 4B00 (parked)
or change from 4800 to 4200 - if dispatched immediately.
Carriers are dispatched "Full" to the same relative
geographic area for dealer deliveries.
Timing will depend on Load & Logistics.
