Unfortunately P0641 is kind of a generic 'placeholder' sensor communication error. If you do a Google search on the error and then change to 'Images', you get a sea of chewed up, melted, and corroded harnesses and connectors. It is the 'Short To Voltage' error for quite literally every single sensor on the car.
Hopefully it triggered an associated error as well so at least there was some sort of bread crumbs left for them to follow. I'm sure they will find it if the shop has a good tech with experience on troubleshooting electronics. Unfortunately these issues can take a lot of time to narrow down.
