Vibration in Steering Wheel after New Wheels/Tires

I just upgraded my wheels and tires with the TSW Nurburgring.

The wheels and tires were BRAND NEW.

I went with 20x10 35 offset in the rear and 20x9 35 offset in the front.
I went with the Nitto Invo's 3/15/35/20 in the rears and 275/40/20 in the fronts. They have balanced the wheels twice now and verified that the hub centric rings were placed in there. They also state that the wheels and tires are not out of round. Above 60+ MPH the steering wheel starts to shake anywhere from slightly to very noticeable with no set pattern to figure out whats causing it. Before I spend my next day off AGAIN going back to them.. or potentially to get a 2nd opinion... does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this?

The suspension is bone stock.
