Stock Lightnings usually run mid to high 13s or so. They can run faster, but mid to high 13s is what I see from them at Lightning track events (stock). On average, they are not as fast (stock vs stock) as a Camaro SS.
My bone stock 99z28 beat my buddies stock Lightning everytime we raced.
With your current setup, you should easily beat a stock Lightning. Even when you were stock, you had an advantage over one.
But most Lightnings (guys that race and go to the track) are modded. They respond well to mods and there are a lot of fast ones out there.
