#1 get a private offer. There are lots of threads on this topic. It will cut your costs down.
#2 Do you have a GM card or top off offer on that?
#3 Not sure of your location, but I found Los Angeles dealers to be the most competitive on the west coast. I am happy to pm you me dealers information if you want. If your on the east coast there is a dealer in FL that lots of people talk about on the Volt forum that cuts good deals.
