I pretty much agree with Walkure. Self diagnosing back pain is problematic at best. My only comment is that if your vehicle has power and or heated seats, take advantage of them.
Lower back heat always makes my back feel better. Also if possible, change position of seat to provide better support, ie, sit up straight.
If you do much walking wear shoes with good support and ditch the backpacks and large purse.
See a doctor if it continues.
