Both top and underside are gloss. If my car were white I would get away with it if I'm honest. as for the hood prop strut. Yes, everything is there. The only thing that isn't is the windshield washer nozzles. You can easily get a universal kit and mount the washer nozzles on the wiper itself. I have emailed someone in that company trying to confirm if they indeed have the functional cowl hood for sale. I honestly would not mind either selling or returning if they did. I would prefer that style more myself if im honest.
