thermostat not opening yet. air in the system. let it cool a bit, then give it some revs. or, with it off, slowly open the radiator cap to release the pressure and leave it off for a bit. you can squeeze the lower several times to help push on the thermostat. it will purge. just takes some time, sometimes.
