But there needs to be a better understanding as to what "street legal" means for the list. (legal tags, insurance, driven a certain number of miles on the street per year, etc).
Thanks for weighing in on this one. I wasn't sure about the RPM car. At the fest we ran those cars separately because they weren't registered for the street. Most could be legal, but no real intentions of it. Then there are cars like SSMagna who can legally drive on the street all day long, total sleeper.

Tough call on these for sure. I guess just leave as is.
