Is there another alternative for the rotors. 800$ for just rotors is insane.

There are the brembo ones from rock auto mentioned on previous page, looks like basically same thing but at around $600 for a pair, still a lot for just the rotors but it's less then alternative, I think CTSV front rotors are a little cheaper, feel like I remember a single piece one that was supposedly lighter that costs a good bit less.

I bought some Centric brand on there. They(centric) also make Power Stop and Stop Tech as well

Bringing up this thread as I am a new 5th Gen owner and looking into this upgrade. Has anyone used the reman Nugeon brand CTS-V calipers from Rockauto? They are a very reasonable $232 CAD including core charge, compared to $550 CAD for new GM. It looks like they come without the V-series logo which is a nice "feature".
