1LE & GS400
My Dad passes not long ago and left me his 1968 Buick GS 400 that he bought brand new. He still has the window sticker for it!!! Check out the giant fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror. My Dad was an amazing man and I'd scrap the car to have him back, but I know he's in glory with God so it's okay

Very sorry for your loss....... What a cool deal though, having his car to take for a drive once and a while and reflect on your memories. And what a great car, I bet there would be a line around the block wanting to buy it - hope you're not even considering it. Take care....

My condolences. Your Dad had amazing taste in cars. I've had three different GS Buicks and loved them all. I still catch myself looking at the ones for sale. Enjoy having a piece of him to still get in and drive to stir memories..

At first this was going to be about a Lexus GS400. I was going to be disappointed.
I am not disappointed. I love these old Buicks. Great car. And I'm jealous of your relationship with your father. My dad sold all his fun toys just as I start getting into cars. I still remember sitting in his 62 Corvette Vert as a kid. Turns out he sold them to fund his blossoming drug habit. Heh.

I thought Lexus too! Love the old Buicks! Grew up in moms 1970 350 Skylark nick named the Gentle blue Dinosaur by her friends. I rocked my dad's 1980 Regal in hick school and I still have the GN on my bucket list to own one day.

He's a good man, he died two weeks before my parents 50th wedding anniversary. He was very meticulous about his records and this car, I have the original window sticker for it... The old GS's and 442's, Chevelles, Camaro's, GTO's... awesome cars!!! Thanks everyone for the kind words... That old 400 is a great engine!!!
