Can you adjust up or down the 2014 DIC I would like to adjust up

the HUD? that is on the windshield? yes, there is a knob and buttons to the right of the wheel on the dash, the up and down arrow will move it higher and lower

if you are talking about small info window between tac and speedo called the D.I.C you can not adjust it

That's a pretty vague question. Do you mean adjust the brightness, or reset the stats back to zero? Or something else?
