What to do with stock NPP after going aftermarket
Doesn't seem like there's a market for selling it and not really seeing a reason to store it in my garage.
A person going through the effort and cost to convert their dual tip rear end to a quad tip rear end probably won't want to buy the NPP unless they want a cheap quad exhaust with the valves open all the time. Anyone see any market for these - no matter how small? Also, wondering if the removal changes the underbody aero on the car. It creates a gap behind the rear valence. More so thinking of the rear valence visibly vibrating on the highway like the rear quarter panels of some Japanese cars that I've seen. |

I was thinking about this too. You would think a junk yard might take it off your hands for $50-100. They could probably sell it for more than twice that much in a few years from now when they start rusting out.

I always save my stock parts so I can return the car back to stock when I decide to sell it.
You'll get a lot more money for the aftermarket parts down the road then you'll get for the stock parts now. |

I didn't want to store my suitcase and didn't see myself going back to stock so I left it with the exchaust shop.

I would pay $40 shipped for the 2 tail pipes with the npp valves. Just cut at the muffler.

Best bet is to keep it if you have the room. You can always revert to stock and sell the aftermarket one because most people wouldn't pay you more than $250 for a stock NPP cat back.
