Whinning from steering wheel
When the car is running I hear a faint whin coming from the steering column. If I turn the wheel a little it stops but then comes back when you stop turning the wheel. It is not a loose belt so maybe the power steering pump is not pumping enough fluid or something. Anyone else have this problem?
