Tuners on LI, NY

I'm looking for a tuner on Long Island NY to tune my L99 to get rid of the check engine light caused by my LT headers, not a full ECU re-work but just to get rid of the check engine light.

Anyone know somewhere to go?

Any autozone should be able to clear the check engine light (CEL), most people around here recommend Chuck @ Corvettes of Westchester.

If you clear it.. it will just come back again. If you tune it out to not report then you might as well just get a complete tune.. modify any values and go back to stock.. Can the Dealer tell?.. is there a counter how my times its been flashed? Who knows .. but anyway you'd be in the same boat.

Or look into a plug fouler ..simulator

I am having a Camaro5 Dyno Day this Saturday You guys should try and make it, and kill 2 birds.

If Not,

I can Very efficiently tune your car remotely with simple bolt ons with SCT Simple 15 minutes total cost is lower than a dyno tune and you will be completely satisfied.

Shoot me an email or give me a call. 203-753-7223

Ted.

The best choice in the Tri State area. And you dont have to worry about your Tune being LOCKED!

But you will have to mail back the PCM each time you want work done to your car since he "manipulates" the computer so no other shop can Tune it.

Do a Google search, do your homework. Pick the best tuner that fits your needs. Some are just traveling Snake Oil Salesmen.

I appreciate the advice. I will be sure to do just that. I wouldn't know a good one from a bad one relying on myself for sure
