As long as the shifter wasn't made out of pure metal...or aluminum... Talk about burning your hands trying to shift after getting into a 180 degree car in the southern states during summer.

The concept's shifter was one of my favorite parts of the car and would be my very first aftermarket purchase if available. I don't care about the heat factor; I'll get a leather sleeve for it or something if absolutely necessary. That shifter is gorgeous.

Yup, that's the concept shifter that I'm hoping is a aftermarket accessory, after the Halos, that's the next thing I really wanted on my Camaro.
