help on color! - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I know color choice is a personal preference mostly but for months now I can't come down to a decision by myself and I will be placing the order soon!

I'll be ordering 1LT, RS with GFX painted to match the body color.

I plan to tint the windows.

With that said, what color do you think is the best with GFX and tint?

Im stuck between; Silver Ice Metallic, Summit White, Black, Cyber Metallic Grey and Imperial Blue Metallic.

So many colors!

This will be my first new car.

I want to go for the classy and oh damn effect! haha.

Wow, it's SUCH a personal preference! Obviously, I like my Black with IOM/Interior, and Orange hood spears - GFX painted to match.

I really like the CMG with the unpainted GFX and a matt black stripe package.

I don't care for the Silver - overdone in my opinion, nor the White - even though it looks good with the right stripes.

I think the black is sexy & hot!

yea i agree with that....or black with orange stripes and orange interior (but although black looks nice, its so hard to keep clean! if you dont have the time or money to wash your car all the time, dont get black!) - i had a black car before my camaro and it was a pain to keep clean!

And then of course Red is awesome, just bc i have it and i love it

Yes, white with the black stripes would be cool! And YES! black is Not easy to keep clean, but I just love the look - IOM interior also

I dont like Black at our meets and greets there are so many Black cars,And listen to you heart i almost changed my color to CGM glad i didnt Silver looks so sweet and clean..And if you can get the "SS "nothing makes up for 426HP!!!!! Best thing to do is drive to every dealer that has a car and look for yourself and see what you want dont go by what other people think its your car and you will love it no mater what color....V-8 is GREAT!!!

I'm trying to keep the price around 29k, so its either 1LT with GFX and RS or 2LT with RS.

I prefer the outside looks over anything, the speed isn't as important to me as well.

I live in an apartment complex where the parking is tight and I don't think i could wash my car thoroughly there as much as I'd want. So as much as I love black, i might cancel that out.

Think im leaning toward Silver or Cyber Grey. Though i keep picturing white with tint and how pimp it might look!

But arg i love how your black car looks, i just don't think i could keep it clean.

Imperial Blue with painted white rally stripes going from the nose to the backside of the spoiler. This would be my second choice but I have made up my mind on Red Jewel.

If keeping it clean all the time will be a hassle, then rule out the darker colors like black and IBM. White and silver cars don't look as bad when they aren't kept spotless.

I've liked this shot of a white Camaro for quite a while now. No GFX but still...
