Question Installing cold air intake

So I'm wanting to put a k&n cold air intake. I know how to install it. But my
Question is does it matter if I install it or my dealer install it. Because I want to keep the warranty and I think if I if I install it and something goes wrong with the car they will blame me for installing the cold air intake. What do yall think?

You can install it, just make sure all your clamps are tight and that your mass air flow sensor is facing the correct direction.

Is it worth doing the cold intake? Notice any difference as in hp and mpg wise?

Yes and yes. Check out Jannety Racings independent CAI tests. It'll blow you away.

Do a search for the Jannetty Cold air intake test, then make your own decision.

if you can change a light bulb on your car you can install an intake. Its real easy, plug and play.

It is easy to do. The dealer will have to prove that the CAI cause the part to fail.
