My respect for those members that honestly try to help and communicate ZL1 information as it becomes available grows with each reavant post. It's not always rosey and sometimes things change. For those that fit that category I thank you for your focus and persistence. I suspect there are far more members in my category of interest than others that seem to look for reasons to say something negative or ridiculously provocative ad nauseum.

I hope to meet with those who have and continue to help our members and thank you sincerely for your efforts, your endless patience in the presence of stupidity and your unceasing passion for the ZL1. The others, not so much.

Ok haters, you just fire away.

It's all part of the passion for this car.

I mean, if it was boring, or unimpressive...nobody would be talking about it...we might not even waste a separate section on it!!

You'll get used to it. Just ignore those that offend you...or report them so we can do something about it - and then move on to enjoy the good threads!

This is probably one of the most accurate and astute points I've read in the past few days. Say what you will about this car and these threads, this new muscle car skirmish (it'll be a full blown war once all the weapons have been fully unleashed) is quite entertaining.

It's an open forum, as such there will be a wiiiiddddeee
differences of opinions. But at times i'm reminded of an
old Clint Eastwood movie titled (The Good, The Bad, and
The Ugly).
But for the most part this a great forum full info and
insightful opinions. Just take some of it with a grain of
salt, is my best advice to you.

I think the problem is people from the ford forum are coming on here to try and get a rise out of us. I find it's best to just ignore them.

And some people from the Ford forum have been Camaro fans since they were younger and have owned both and are genuinely excited to see the ZL1 come to fruition.

Either way, if I had a ZL1 on order, there is not a dick big enough in this world that would be able to piss on my parade. I don't know why you guys even care what someone who has no personal experience with the ZL1 speculates about it, good or bad.

kinda funny actually....
Yall mustang guys tend for the most part behave over here and we respect that...

Hey man, I just meant the ones that were coming over here for the sole purpose of getting a rise out of us. I think that it is awesome that most of the guys are coming over here to share their passion of muscle cars.

I'm there, and you're right, it's all water off a duck's back. Have you ever seen water poured onto a duck's back? I just falls off & doesn't even get the duck wet.

The only way anyone could wipe off my UlatraGrin would be to gouge out my eyes so I couldn't drive it when it gets here.
