help with rear valance removal!!
can anyone help me with getting off the rear plastic valance or whatever its called that goes around the muffler tips and what-not?

I think there are 4 screws underneath and the rest of it snaps in along the top edge.

you need to remove the rear bumper to remove the valance

all you need to do is take off the 2 7mm bolts that hold the edges to the rear bumper and then the 4 10mm bolts accross the bottom. Once those 6 bolts are off, start at one end and pull out. It is only held in place with push type pins. I did it and its not hard, no need to remove the whole tail section.

i tried to pull mine off and it just would not snap out.

its a pain to get them to snap sometimes

rear valance
need help on how to replace rear valance on 2011 camaro 2ss do i have to remove the rear fascia or just the 6 screws that hold the valance on underneath

There is a DIY on how to remove the rear diffuser. I used it and it worked pretty good.
