Anyone have a used one with low miles on it? Or a new one? Is it loud in person?
And what's the difference between the X and the XL? I have the L99 (automatic tranny).

to answer your questions, no i do not think it is loud but a really nice tone to it.
And the difference if the mufflers are like a little longer on the xl (l99) version to tune out the AFM

Well, I could probably be talked out of my Mach-X, but I think for the L99 you need the Mach-XL.

Not necessarily ... Both systems will work on either LS3 or L99. The only difference between the two is the XL has the longer muffler to eliminate the AFM noise. If a Mach-X exhaust in installed on the L99 the only downfault would be the possibility of hearing the AFM. (this bothers some and not others)
