Buddy's 2015 GT PP Premium GVWR is listed at 4,720 and capacity is 668.

4,720 - 668 = 4,052.. OMG. FORD IS LYING ABOUT WEIGHT.

I find it hard to believe these cars load limit does not permit 4 200 lb occupants.

Why? My GTO was also in the 600 pounds range from what I remember. The payload capacities for these cars are low.. I don't think they expect you to have 2 adults in the back. Regardless, I don't think going a 100 pounds over in capacity will do anything.. But I'm no engineer.

Just came back from the Syracuse event at our Fairgrounds.

They had several Camaros in different colors and trims. Plus a new Volt, new Malibu, Colorado diesel, new Equinox, and a Corvette.

Not too many people there, which was nice.

Got to poke around them quite a bit.

The Chevy employees would start them up and rev them when people asked.

All the cars I checked had build months of August 2015.

All the Camaros spectators drove in were 5th gens. No other gens were there. That was a little surprising. Unless Chevy didn't advertise on other gen forums.

Brought my DSLR to get some good pics. Took it out. Framed up a shot and nothing. Realized I forgot the SD card. I have no pictures. :(

Any startups of a SS? If so how did it sound? Were they able to adjust exhaust at your request? Thanks.

They did start them and rev them. The SSs with dual modes.

We all felt that the exhaust note was higher in the 6th as opposed to the 5th. The 6th sounds more sports car like while the 5th has a more muscle car sound & note (deeper, throatier, burblier).
Also, the 6th gen exhaust wasn't as loud as the 5th gen.

Not aware of them playing with the settings.

A few pics from Syracuse last night. There were 5 Camaros outside and a couple more inside with the other models. We had about 25 5th gens show up and only about 40 people showed up in all. Other members took better pics that will likely get posted over on the UpstateC5 thread on Camaro5

Don't forget the guy driving the Blue Ray CTF with rally stripes in the parking lot! My brother snagged a good bit of pics of that car.
