Hey Tim, hope all is well!
I did the 325s rear based on you recommendation and love them!

Found the 325/345 upgrade page on Camaro 6.
I think we could do this, but it may take the ZLE wheels??
At first glance looks cool, but a little “freakishly big”…

I'm going on my 5th set of tires now, Toyo Proxy Sport 305/30/19 , Michelin Pilot Sport AS3 325/30/19 , Michelin Pilot Sport 4s 325/30/19 , Continental Extreme Contact Sport 325/30/19, and now Bridgestone Potenza S007A in 325/30/19. Gotta give it to the 4s for the best performance, looks and wear. Even carried me through 200 miles of Snow. Worth the Moneys!

I don't have a Z/28, but I am running 335/30's out back with no issues on a 11.5 wheel +30 offset, and did have them on an 11.0 Z/28 wheel +43 offset before these.

Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 Run Flat 325/30R-19 on all four corners. I love them so far. Like the added security of them being run flats, since the car has no spare or jack. These were designed for the C8 Corvette Stingray. True all season tire and grip great in the dry. I don't drive in the rain, but I also, don't have to worry anymore about wrecking just because it does.

Wow, 325’s on the front!
Do you have any clearance issues?

For all the members who have jumped to 325 on the rear, why the skip over a 315? Were there not enough options or would you have to mix/match brands? Just curious as I'll have to take the plunge for new tires before summer. thanks

They were the next jump in size available for the Michelin pilot 4S.

Has anyone run the 98y load rate instead of the 102y. I found 2 Goodyear Eagle F3 102y (305/30) the only 102y R rated tires in Canada in stock.

I have the continental extreme contacts on mine, they came with the car when i bought it. On my focus RS i had pilot super sports and i was impressed with those. I would definitely consider a set of super suports, pilot sports or cup 2s next time around, but it would depend at what cost, so far the continentals have performed well, i certainly don't feel any need to switch until they wear out.

My Z originally came with 305 PZero on all 4. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sports 325.30.19 on all 4 corners. I don’t track the Z for what it was designed; however, I have taken part in sponsored roll race and controlled road race.

As in overall performance in comparison of these two tres I have used: I would give the “win” and or “amongst the best” to the MPSS.
The appearance of the MPSS 325/30/19 is been gratifying -price is doable (my perspective) -performance superseded the Perrelli PZero.
Now, from my experience (NJ) these tires, neither of the two, are good for sporting in wet weather but, are manageable. If subjected to snow, my Z28 goes “NO WHERE”. Lol, I couldn’t even role my ride out of a parking spot for placement into storage.
Also to add: as in performance- running the 325’s conducted a run with Lamborghini (type unknown) but appeared to be remarkably pricey (1.2m quoted at rally) and was overwhelmingly elegant if not that of elite; thus I did not expect a win or anything of this sort… I rolled. Along with a Porches G3 ( if I recall correctly- I would have to investigate the pictures again) …But my- the Z28 gave them all a good run. The only sports car that seemed to have advantage was the Lamborghini. But, there was no winners, no losers but, merely a sensational time running with super-sports car enthusiasts quite like ourselves.
In closing, the MPSS did well. The only issues that I can recall was “hitting it hard” from 2nd and 3rd gear. I would get wheel spin, would let out and accelerate slowly- deliberately.

My experience, wish the best….
