Thanks for all your input. I thought they could take notes and he just didnt want to. And Jeff, thank you for offering to help. I will PM you with more information this weekend sometime. I also thought it could have been beacause I am 24 and he (the service writer) probably thought I was just a punk rich kid who's daddy bought him the car, when reality is I work 2 jobs to make it happen. LOL Anyways!! HAVE A HAPPY TURKEY DAY everyone! I am thankful for all of your knowledge and help!!
