I will never part with my Roto-Fab. From the power gains to the sweet increase in the supercharger whine, this CAI is the best bang for your buck; needless to say, but Roto-Fab's customer service is also second to none.

now to the bad.

3. the dyno number they have posted in there thread seem to conflict on the torque figure.

the rotofab is what I have. based on the folowing three things.

1. price
2. hood down dyno numbers (that is how you drive the car)
3. completely seals off fom the engine bay.
Roto fab for sure, but there is a place that does not seal at the hood and it is on the right side looking at the car. that you may need to pass air if using the big gulp.

I recommend the New Era. Iat temps at ambient in all driving situations and a better filter placement for greater gains. $390 for the race kit.

They all seal from the engine, it is the right side that does not seal by the hood on most unless you have a lid. The part that does not seal will just draw cold air.

KDi has it on his car, new era has there own car.

my take is it is great for horse power but there are couple things you have to be willing to do.

1. requires reloaction of your washer bottle
2. requires tune.

if those don't bother you it makes great power.

That is what I was wondering. Tune / No tune.
I looked at their website. It's a very nice looking intake.
