You had better be ready to sell at MSRP or less to members of this board...most of us are research shoppers and get the best deals. That's why 95% of austin owners on this board have not gone local. BOO to 5000$ markups. They will make plenty, dealers wait your turn.

Well I'll probably meet some of you Austinites in the future. I used to work at Motorola there. It's Freescale now I think for a year and at Tx Instruments campus for a couple months. I'll probably show up at the Austin Fbody on occasion soon as I get a Camaro or paint my vette lol.

Hi there. I'm a Buda girl too. I ordered My 1SS red jewel Tint Mid May from Henna Chevrolet. I hate Leather seats; I have an Expedition with leather...too damn hot. I got the gray interior, RS package, upgraded stereo. I've ordered the cool air intake and high wing spoiler for when the car is delivered. I have ordered the stripes for it; hockey and hood. I was originally told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery; it's been 2 months now.

Hey guys, I'm in Round Rock. I ordered a IOM/IO 2SS/RS on 6/25 from Covert, sched for build Aug 3 (I'm sure that is wishful thinking) I hope to see it by Oct or November.

I originally thought that this month would be a good time to do a Central Texas cruise, but since its been so incredibly hot, I'm thinking September or our usual October cruise might be a better time for everyone to meet up
