One thing I will say, PAYPAL makes it way to easy for these guys to rip you off and if you are not intimate with Paypal, the criminals can lead you into a direction where you have absolutely no way of recovering your money from them. In my mind, that is to in part criminal as they simply wash their hands of it.

There are getting to be enough of us that have been takin by him we may want to look into a class action lawsuit if that is possible?

man- that sucks. very sorry to hear that. I think you will be able to get your money back since you know so much about him. kid needs a serious lesson and I hope he gets it. i have some good friends in AZ that work for the fire dept and police so I will let them in on this.

I didn't read every post on this thread, but i get the general idea. $1000 for a new set of ARH's was a bit cheap. I got a set for $1400 which I jumped all over, but I got them.

...assuming he is stuck to a static IP address and he doesnt have access to other ISPs, PCs, mirror gateways, etc. This guy is a criminal, he will figure out how to cheat the system.

The only sure way to stop him is to have him in jail. And it looks like he will go down hard with all of the evidence against him... I think we are up to at least 4 people getting scammed just on this forum.

didn't he screw you out of $1000? I think protecting his privacy should be the least of your worries.

We have given the guys that were also scammed his number and have also talked to these guys.

I have spoken with both of the other guys and given them the information that they need. I have remained in contact (whether it be over the phone or through private messages) with both of them since this happened. I don't feel as though posting his phone number or address on here would result in anything good.

Yes, I have his license plate number, date of birth, phone number, address, pictures of his home & his car, pictures of him, his girlfriend, and their kid, and his parents' names. I've actually spoken with him and his father.

He did screw me out of $1000 and in a previous post (or maybe it was on one of the other threads) I stated that he did send me the money back through paypal but it's pending so technically I don't have my money back yet. I'm still trying to help the others get their money back.

I got him down to 900 shipped lol but they magically sold after I told him I wanted contact info besides a screen name,and invoice w that info and I would only use the business side of paypal. For once having a wife that thinks everything is a ripoff saved me. Good Luck guys I was a button click away from being in it too.
