week 16 at 1100. at this rate my joke about buying it for my 2 year old daugter is getting more and more real. ha ha. Maybe god thought my joke was some misguided prayer and the car will be deliverd in 2025 when she turns 16.

I don’t mind the wait myself…

- More time to let the cold weather pass
-Its nice knowing my car isn’t already built and sitting outside
-Longer wait before I have a car payment
-Hopefully some of the bugs (if any) will be worked out before my order is picked up

The downsides are:

- Longer wait for the car… could be July?
- Starting to consider the possibility that I won’t get a 2012 because of this delay (if this happens, I’m thinking about waiting for the 2015 ZL1 and possibly getting something else in the mean time… 2008-10 Viper perhaps)

Well I don't know how to finish it but suffice to say, I'm still at 1102. But the longer it takes, the better for me. Less to finance.

i doubt you'll not be able to get a 2012. They're not producing THAT many so i'm not sure a delay will back them up that much. They've already produced ~500 out of the less than 3,100

Plus, didn't they say (Oshawa build team) that once they got going, they'd be able to produce 200 or so cars a day?

Order number is QBDRG9 but I am in Canada, so I don't think you will see it on the US site...I wish it was possible. I got the email from my dealership at 11:52 am Pacific time this morning.

Same here! I don't have five though, I sold my last two the get this beast!

I find it a little ridiculous how dedicated camaro lovers who have owned multiple camaro's and have had an order placed for the last 4 months are still waiting to get picked up and someone who never even knew what a camaro was and have never owned one ordered a ZL1 last month and are sitting at 3000.

I'm sorry but that just grinds my gears!
