If all I want is a navy blue insert, you think they are going to have to scrap the rest of the leather my 2SS currently comes with? I hadn't even thought about this option...maybe should have ordered a 1SS! Oh well, live and learn. I am sure I will be satisfied w my beige interior for the time being.

So is $1,200 the only ballpark cost figure we have right now?

im not sure really. I would think though when it comes to leather that you cannot rework with it because the stitching holes have already been punched in the leather and then when you go to sew it all back together it might mess with the integrity of the leather because the new stitching is not going to match up with the old stitching holes. Again this is just what I assume i have no idea if this is correct or not.

Well that particular car I am guessing was done up in Wisconsin since that is where Newman Chevrolet is and that is where Katie lives.

That's a long drive from Miami, Florida. I'm hoping there are some places in Florida I could get this done at such a high quality level..

How is the suede as far as grip? I would assume it holds you in place better than just leather, but is that really the case?

I Withdraw my recommendation for SAT in FT Lauderdale, they don't know the Katzin product, and they don't make good on their mistakes. They changed my colors arrangement, when I clearly stated to keep the factory look. Deal with them at your own risk. I would never deal with them again.

Absolutely F'n amazing!

Now I got a challenge for anyone who works with interior. The first person to figure out how to make seat belts look cool and still be functional gets my money. I just realized they completely wreck the feel of an interior.
