It looks good, but not sure it's accurate. Gonna try it again.

That car looks great Diane!! What a great story too, sorry about your loss.

I thought these V-6 engines were advertised at 300+ horses? Mine is supposed to be 323....I guess that's just advertising BS then.

Happy motoring!

The 300+ is at the flywheel or crank, but when you dyno a car, it's a chassis dyno at the rear wheel. Numbers are very different. I think that's very simplistic, but accurate!

I see. Like in the old days with gross HP ratings. Gotcha.

Oh yeah.......that differential fluid IS nasty......but I'm told when you run gears like that, you should expect it. Also, the magnetic plug is there to pick up those shavings............. 1 qt of Royal Purple 75 W90 and friction reducer..........getting ready for a big spring

Looking good!

Someone needs to design a cowl intake hood that closes to that intake, similar to the 1st gen ZL2 hood

Thanks. It's getting there! Yeah, I haven't really looked into hood options!

Those are great numbers with a Vararam and MRT 2. That's it right?

And where did you find the V6 shift pattern knob? I've wanted this but didn't want to reuse the stock knob.

Yes, those are my mods. HP is correct, I believe, based on the dyno thread in the V6 section, but torque can't be right!

I got the shifter kit as a gift and hurst sent me the V6 pattern knob when I called them. I have the info if you need it. You should drive mine first, it's a totally different feel. Like my 65 corvair
