Today is the day I have to get my car inspected and sound tested at the state referee

. Lets see if it passes. If not, I'll need to try another set of mufflers that are quieter. I'm amazed that I have to pay $108 to test the car. Then, if I pass I'll go back to the CHP office to write off the ticket that the modified exhaust is fixed and within the 95 decibel maximum in the State of California. I'll let you know if it does pass though. This should be fun.

How'd you get popped for modified exhaust? I hope that doesn't happen to me. I'm at 118.3 db at 6k rpm. I'm rarely ever revving that high on the street though.

The state ref is going to test ur exhaust from 4k to 4.5k rpm at three feet and its a slow rev nt a snap n hes going to check from ur heads to the tips, ive worked for the state ref n you have to be cert, for doing state inspections.

this really sucks tommy, i've been pulled over multiple times for my exhaust but luckily it was the same cop twice and he and the other gentleman that pulled me over were all marines haha.

ive already told some of you guys but wanted to get the crew to go. strippers are gonna be the judges. need to know who wants in ASAP
