Will this tune be able to tune out the check engine light that comes with headers?

And if you tune it out, will it still pass emissions? (Which is an OBDII check here in Ontario?)

This thread is now full of win.

Which is currently a topic of confusion with the IPF tune, if you are coming from a Trifecta tune.
KM I do not believe that this is the case with the IPF tuned cars because it maintained the proper OS ID. However, we will be trying this today to be 100% sure.

I can tell you that Trifecta does change the OS ID (Custom OS), but they also have a stock recovery which would lead me to believe it will full flash back to a GM OS cal.

As per HPT advisement, flashing Zabeast's vehicle to a 2011 Camaro OS and then back to 2010 Camaro OS to make sure all ECU data is overwritten. Takes about 18-20 minutes per flash so I'll check back in a few with you guys

Props to HPT.. I just flashed this to 2011 OS and then back to 2010 OS just to make sure it overwrote everything as per advisement, and now the tune is being read after doing so!

Looks like we'll have some data today and baseline tuning on the IPF SC kit, custom in-house HPTuners tuning

Car is running well now.. Took a lot of MAF curve improvement for it to run but remember the IPF system is setup as a draw-thru MAF with a short run from the filter.

PE is in lambda ala the Ford setups, commanded PE from 5k+ from GM is .80 (11.76:1 afr).

The spark tables are broken into 4 total tables plus the normal adder tables like IAT/ETC/AFR corrections.

Great job Matt, a lot of IPF people I know are excited to open up their system to get a live tune.

Is this really finally happening? This is so worth the data usage to be subscribed to this thread.
