"Showstopper" heat extractor hood install
Just finished another one of our "showstopper" heat extractor hood installs. The customer is planning on adding more chrome here and there so we thought it was very appropriate to chrome the billet inserts. Pics do this hood no justice. Enjoy!

Hood looks great, but I would still clear of Reverse hood kit until someone can rework to be better. I currently own reverse hood on my car, but it desperatley needs a redesign IMO. You can't simply open and close your hood like before. Closing is more of the issue. You have to guide the hood down and then shut on each side. If a shop accidently let go without guiding-----BAM there goes your fender!! The hood it extreemly wobbly in the UP position also. I was lucky enough to have LUPE do my instal and is a MASTER with reverse hood adjustment!! Just be careful, but wanted others to be aware of kit prior to jumping in...
Sorry just chiming in prior to you placing kit on your great looking hood |
